Autumn Writing Workshops.

Dear Writers,
With Summer gone, and the dark nights drawing in, make the most of the sunlight and fresh air with the first of our Autumn writing workshops.

Join us, at the very beginning of new beginnings, in the breathtaking heathland of Cannock Chase.

This is all about getting into the ‘heart of the woodland’, testing both your physical and creative strengths.

Writers will be asked to draw on some myth and fairytale as well as landscape for inspiration, and as always, tasks will be set along the way.
Writers working at any level, and in any genre are welcome to attend.

For those looking to get back into writing, this workshop will be particularly useful. As well as using what is familiar, particularly in subject and style, writers will also be encouraged to take a fresh perspective in order to generate new material.

Autumn is the season of the primary harvest, of ‘mellow fruitfulness’ – a reap of both ‘wheat and words’. Let’s see what it has to offer…

Friday evening 26 October 1900-2100

This is a magical day in this amazing energy wavespell. It is all about our inner child and this workshop focuses on the ego masks we created in our childhood to keep us safe emotionally. They protect our ego and create a divide between our true authentic selves. This is an experiential workshop so we will be focusing on raising awareness of our pattern rather than our story.
It's intention is to create transformation holistically using mind, body and spirit.
I use a structured, dynamic framework where we can raise awareness then let go of anything that is holding us back in a small energy circle. It has a lifecoaching format and is solution focused.
You can work at whatever level you feel comfortable at in the group and take information away with you to take you through the process for yourself.
If you are joining online you can do that live or watch later at your convenience and repeat the experience whenever you choose.

Saturday 1 - 3

This is another galactic portal day in the Mayan Wavespell and all about our humanity.
Instead of getting lost in our emotion we can work with emotional freedom technique to love and accept ourselves as we are.....and let go of our past.
This is a practical experiential workshop where we will raise our awareness of old patterns and how we are revisiting them now. Information on astrological cycles and how Saturn is influencing this energy now so we can look at what structures we've created and keep those that serve us....and transcend those that no longer do so we can evolve.

Sunday 1 - 3

Yet another portal day and this one is all about allowing ourselves to realise and allow our intuitive feminine energy side that is the higher self. When we have too much ego mind activity we tend to feel driven to create based on masculine, linear mind focus which is often out of balance. We are reactive rather than proactive. This time is about ending destructive patterns and relationships that keep us in co-dependent patterns simply because we haven't let go of our past relating conditioning. Opening up to the magic of following the cosmic cookie trail by creating trust in ourselves and the path of life is what this workshop is all about.

This is the Eagle energy flying high and seeing the bigger picture. The realisation and integration of our god and goddess potentiality using practical down to earth techniques.
