Children’s Yoga

Children’s Yoga.
Yoga is a safe space for children to explore themslves. Classes are more than a posture class and offer yogic skills to use outside the class to support constant change around us.
Classes are taught with fun, nurturing to elevate, inspire, and to feel accepted and loved.
Tuesdays 4pm at Pure Moves, Frome.

This is a sacred space to share the teachings of kundalini yoga for women in the Aquarian Age to strengthen your innate qualities as a woman.

Away Day With The Faeries

The eagerly awaited return of this very popular one day workshop - a day full of magic & wonder! Join our highly experienced tutors, Howard & Elsa, as they seek permission to go through the 'Mists of Avalon' to meet and commune with our Faery neighbours. En route, you will learn how to: safely access these realms - who your own Faery Guardians are - how to welcome Faeries into your home to keep the space free & flowing - more about Faeries & Nature Spirits of the land - and how to work with Faeries to help and support the next generations to come.
